Happy Saturday to You!

It's Sewing Saturday!  I am working on several projects this weekend and will have pics when I am done!  I have a table runner and quilt I am putting finishing touches on(well...the quilt just needs the back finished, then it is going to the quilter, because it is for someone special!)  I also started a pillow for a swap.  So, I would like to complete these this weekend!

 

I have been taking lots of photos of my trees in the back yard.  Here's one I took last week.  Just a little color coming through on the ends in the evening.

 

 

30 Days of Thanks~Day 3

I am Thankful for the beautiful fall leaves that are still around.  The trees make such a beautiful landscape as the days grow shorter.  I will miss these leaves soon!  :)

Fun Friday!

Happy Friday to You!

Today is Friday and time to get ready to have some fun!  I will be sewing most of the afternoon and weekend!  I am trying to get several projects finished, so I will be very busy!  Here is a snippet of a project I worked on this past weekend that I will be finishing this weekend!  It is for one of my swaps.  I have several things in the works and getting ready to start some new things!  Very Exciting!

 

 

Yesterday, I started 30 Days of Thanks! Today is Day 2!

 

Day 2: I am thankful for my dear, close friends who are such a joy to be around! We keep each other laughing and we keep each other grounded. It is truly a blessing to have such great friends who you can talk to, share fun and laugh with and share joys and sorrows with! True friends are very rare and very precious! You all know who you are!
