SP & Company Being Blue Blog Hop Day 2

 Welcome to the SP & Company Color Hop!

Here is my card for today!  I wanted something bright and cheery to convey this wonderful sentiment from the brand new Bold Sentiments I Stamp Set!  This is a fabulous set!
