Here is my project!  My LOVE for books is the reason for my project!  I have worn out my old bookmark and the reason for the saying "Luv Ya Friend" is because I love books so much and consider them friends--something great to turn to, get lost with, have fun with, and spend time with!  I decided to make a bookmark using some lovely bright colors and the "Candy Hearts" set!  These colors are my most favorite, Turquoise and Bright Pink and this stamp set is so much fun and has so many possibilities!

  7. Love the colors you used. Very cute idea. I love to read too and have passed down that love to my kids. Well 2 out of 4 at least for now. LOL I love to read my bible and inspirational books, cookbooks, craft books, comic books (just got some Far Side one's yesterday from the library LOL), my SIL got me hooked on Twilight, I love the Chronicles of Narnia, Eragon Series and my most favorite book forever has been Little Women and How to eat fried worms(inside joke with this one pertaining to my brother throwing them at me, not fried but alive & landing in my mouth- EWW) ok I think that is enough, I better get back to hopping.....;0)

    I used to LOVE to read, I remember in 4rd grade getting in trouble at school because I would take a book outside for recess! Back then I was into the Little House on the Prairie books.
    Now, I have MS and my vision is a problem. I don't read much anymore and I really miss it.

  38. This has been such a fun blog hop! I love finding new crafting blogs to follow, especially when I come across a crafter who has a style similar to my own. I don't read nearly as much as I used to but when I do, I really enjoy sci-fi/fantasy books. When I was younger, I read The Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings trilogy 3 times all the way through and noticed things I hadn't paid attention to during the previous readings. Love your bookmark!

  113. What an adorable bookmark. I made my first bookmark the other day (didn't turn out any where near as cute as yours). So cute!!! I love romance novels (with a little action). My aunt is actually an author; she writes clean romance novels. I love reading her books and am a big fan of hers.
